Tahira has facilitated thousands of meditation experiences with people across the world. Over more than two decades, she has developed and refined the series of inter-dimensional meditation & divine sound practice.

Called the Tahira Golden Door MethodTM, the practice emerged through her own experiences, years of meditation and facilitation, and what she describes as multiple intuitive “downloads” and insights.

It has continued to evolve through her work with individuals and groups, including the intensive meditation and breath-work sessions she facilitated online during the 2020 lockdown period.

Drawing upon her background as a trained mathematician, her exploration of consciousness and her studies with teachers including Gregg Braden and Dr Bruce Lipton, Tahira continues to refine the practice.

More recently, she has collaborated with Phred Shelbourne of harmonicsofnature.com whose SoundBeing work brings another dimension to the experience through harmonic sound and the relationship between consciousness, Time, Space and the Earth's electromagnetic environment.
