GROUP SESSIONS will be delivered as a workshop, as she has partnered with Phred Shelbourne to begin each session with his "SoundBeing" experience for up to 30 minutes before Tahira works with the group for the rest of the 2 hours taking you through her Quantum Glory Hypnotic Meditation, with movement and tapping onto your divine sound.
